Our Forest Gin takes its inspiration from the Vast Forests & Meadows surrounding our small Mountain town Distillery. Delicate Notes of Citrus balance this Premium 90 Proof Gin. Locally foraged spruce and juniper.

Our Alpine Gin takes its inspiration from the Mountainous Peaks that surround the Distillery. This Gin is Strong, Bold, & Alluring. Flavors of Juniper combines with exotic tastes from the Orient, like Gunpowder Tea. Bottled at 95 Proof. Locally foraged juniper.

100% Blue Agave from the Jalisco, MX, Distilled with Pristine Mountain Water giving the Floral Agave a Crisp, Clean Finish. This Spirit is where the Colorado Mountains meet the Mexican Coast

Aged 5 years in new American oak, finished for 1.5 years in our bourbon barrel for an additional vanilla sweetness and a deep amber color. 100% malted Scottish barley from Aberdeen. Nose of orange zest and rich toffee with subtle oak. Taste of caramel and a vanilla spiced fruit cake and candied pecan. Finish is long yet gentle with a wisp of smoke.

Aged 6 years in New American Oak, char 3 from Speyside Cooperage in Scotland. 51% (non-gmo) corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley. nose of vanilla, sweet apples, and oak. Taste is smooth and buttery with a toffee and caramel hint. Finish is a pleasant taste of oak and vanilla.

Aged 4.5 years in New American Oak. 75% (non-gmo) corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley. Nose of spicey black pepper, rye, and wet cedar. Taste of rye and cloves with honey. Finish is a long, lingering spice.

Aged 5 years, char 3. 95% rye, 5% malted barley. Nose of ginger spice and spiced apple and pear followed by a graham cracker sweetness. Finish is silky and smooth.

We distill organic, heirloom blue agave from Jalisco, MX. Our reposado is rested in our rye barrels for 4-9 months. This resting gives our spirit a light honey color, adds vanilla and cinnamon notes to the floral agave.

Aged over a year in our single malt Colorado Campfire whisky barrel, this aging gave our spirit a nice golden color and a subtle sweet smokiness - almost mezcal like.

Notes of roasted banana and bright caramel flavors, finishes semi-dry and aged for 3 months in rye barrels.
