PULLMAN AGAVE SPIRITS
Our Reposado Agave Spirit was released October 31st - tastes of spice, vanilla and toasted oak - the beautiful straw gold color comes from resting in rye barrels.
Our Blanco was released mid July with 100% agave spirit-organic blue agave from Jalisco, MX - complex nose of jalapeño & copper finishes with smooth vanilla finish

The Pullman Distillery is now offering our space for private events of up to 12 people in the very cozy and popular Traincar. We can tailor your event to your needs. We can do a private tasting, open bar with your choice of spirits, wine & beer (from Ein Prosit's many great selections) as well as charcuterie boards and other small plate offerings.
